Privacy Policy

This policy covers the public site, the client portal, and our text/email program. It is written for The Campaign Registry / A2P reviewers as well as claimants.

What we collect

Name, phone, email, property address, court/case identifiers, and the documents you send us so we can verify a surplus claim. If you use the portal we also store the phone used to sign in and a record that a one-time code was sent (never the code itself).

How we use it

To research and pursue a surplus claim you asked us to handle, to send account notices (portal login codes, agreement links, case updates), and — only with express written consent — to send informational or marketing texts about a possible recovery.

Mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Carriers and Twilio see the number only to deliver the message you requested. We keep consent timestamps, source, and opt-out records so we can honor STOP.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of marketing and outreach texts. Reply HELP for help. Portal login codes are transactional and only go to a phone already on an account. Email team@raven3.com to request a copy or deletion of your file, subject to records we must keep for a court claim.
