The website, client portal, and text program are operated by Big Apple Asset Recovery LLC, 44 Executive Blvd Ste 204, Elmsford, NY 10523. We are not a law firm. Using this site or requesting a login code does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Recovery work

Any recovery engagement is governed by the written agreement you sign in the portal — not by these website terms. That agreement states the contingency split on page one. We do not charge upfront fees. We do not guarantee a recovery amount or a date.

Portal

Sign-in is the phone number on your file plus a one-time code we text to that phone. There is no email/password login. Keep the phone on file current with your specialist.

Texts

The messaging program is described at /sms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Privacy: /privacy.
